How Services Are Funded
Colorado Medicaid
We are an approved Colorado Medicaid provider. We work with clients enrolled in Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) waiver programs.
- EBD — Elderly, Blind & Disabled Waiver
- BI — Brain Injury Waiver
- FSSP — Family Support Services Program
- SLS — Supported Living Services
Medicare
We work with qualified Medicare beneficiaries who need home care services. Our intake team can help verify your coverage and benefits.
Private Pay
No referral or authorization required. Families who wish to pay out of pocket can begin services quickly. We'll build a custom care plan for you.
Not Currently Accepted
If you have one of these plans, please contact us anyway — we may still be able to assist you with private-pay options.
