How Services Are Funded
Colorado Medicaid
We are a licensed Colorado Medicaid provider. We work with clients enrolled in Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) waiver and CFC.
- EBD — Elderly, Blind & Disabled Waiver
- BI — Brain Injury Waiver
- CFC - Community First Choice
Longterm Care Insurance
We work with qualified Longterm Care Insurance beneficiaries who need home care services. Our intake team can help verify your coverage and benefits.
Private Pay
No referral or authorization required. Families who wish to pay out of pocket can begin services quickly. We'll build a custom care plan for you.
If you have a plan that is not listed here, please verify with your Insurance Provider if the service is covered.
